What's the process?
Step 1: Getting in touch
You're ready to get in touch with the team? Perfect! We need to be the last people to come into your house to measure up. In other words everything needs to be completed around the area where the glass where will be fitted because work on millimetre precision when templating.
All we need from you when you're ready is your postcode, pictures of the area where you would like to have the glass and if you have an idea of what product you would like (if not that's not a problem its something you can decide later when you see samples).

Step 2: Response and Scheduling
Someone from our team will get back to you within 24 hours of your request and give you a rough idea on price.
If you're then happy to then proceed we can organise to come round to measure up.
At this point we will bring along our samples so you can have a flick through these while we measure.
When measuring up our team take into account all the sockets and lights which may need cut outs in the glass.
Once we have done our site survey we will be back in touch to confirm your chosen product and a finalised price.
At point of order we require a 25% deposit. The rest will be taken on completion.
Step 3: Installation and payment
From the point of order to installation it usually takes around 10 working day for us to have your glass ready (depending on the product you have chosen). We will fit the job and then finish off by cleaning up, sealing all the areas required and then we finish up by shining us your glass to give it that tidy finish!
Payment is then required by either cash, cheque, BACS or we now have a card machine so we can finally accept credit or debit cards!
